From what age can you have fun at Clarens Xtreme
Kids from age 4 to 104 are allowed
Can I make a booking over the phone?
Sorry, phones are just for general info. To make a booking you must come to our CX shop or send a fill in the contact box.
Can I make an online booking?
Yes, fill in the contact box at bottom of page and the kind lady in the office will send you the necessary info. To confirm your booking you need to pay a 50% deposit , no deposit no booking.
For which activities should we book in advance?
You need to make a booking for the Quad bikes and Abseiling, especially if you are coming on a weekend or public holiday.
Is there an age restriction for the quad bikes?
Sorry no under 16 year olds are allowed to ride their own quad, they can be passengers with Ma or Pa
Do I have to hike up the mountain for the 50 meter Abseil?
Yes a short and steep 15 minute walk takes you to the abseil point with the most amazing view of the Clarens valley
Is there a weight limit on the zipline?
There is no weight limit on the zipline, however there is a size limit on the harness which is a size 42 pants.
Is there a weight limit on the Quick Jump?
Yes, the weight limit is 35KG to 125KG.
Do you need spare underwear for turbo tube?
It will be a good idea it’s called turbos for a reason.
Does the adventure golf have a theme?
Our new adventure golf is a alice in wonderland theme with lots of cool and exciting things all over the course.
Do I have to be friendly when I come to Clarens?
YES, YES, Yes and if you SMILE you just might get a free HUG…
What payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards,bank transfers and cash, no installment plans.
Is my payment refundable if I cancel my trip?
No refunds if you cancel the trip if Clarens Xtreme cancels you will be fully refunded
